Potatoes can be used to everything they tell, but have you taste cold potatoes with cream fresh, salad and Salmon Caviar or fried potato with sour cream and Lumpfish Caviar,

Everybody know the baked potatoes, but why use salt when you can add on a topping of lumpfish or Capelin Caviar,

Easy to make even home, if leftover put the potatoes into the refrigerator, when cold , cut and used as the base for a fantastic and high end caviar dish.
