Shanghai is a city with a huge variety for domestic and international food and today we found the Italian way to be the right. We all know the famous hams with the cheese and topped with salad,

but trendy with a topping of Caviar this would be a VIP!

Caviar is an important substitute to people in all ages and known back to more then 2500 years before Christ,

The history tells that the Egyptian preserved and dried the fish roes, similar to the Eskimos did when they go hunting, Today Caviar also fit into the Italian kitchen with the Pasta, Pizza and Snacks.

Perhaps the Ham dish also could have a topping with some the caviars?
