Quality Control

We have a large number of production facilities. An asset they all share is a partnership between the latest advancements in technology and a deep understanding of our product, a synergy that equates to great advantages for both our customers and our working partners. 

 

 

METICULOUS QUALITY CONTROL 

All of our facilities carry out meticulous quality control work. We ensure that we always place careful controls on incoming raw product and continue to test them throughout the production process. 

The measurement of salt content, pH values and water content are important tools for our daily quality control work. We monitor micro-biology in our own laboratory but even employ the services of external labs to ensure the quality, safety and shelf-life stability of our products. 

 

Thanks to the care and responsibility we take for our products, we can guarantee exceptionally high food safety standards. 

 

WE HAVE THE MARKET COVERED 

We deliver to institutional caterers, restaurants and food retailers. Some of our product is labeled under our own brand, but most of it is distributed as private label, a niche which we have become very successful in. Our goal is to continue leading the market in this area.
